I had to run
python setup.py install afaik, then use that. I know I also messed with pip and installing the packages manually, but that lead nowhere (might be just my arch/conda/fish combo messing with python/pip paths in weird ways).
If on linux, you might need to do
sudo -H python setup.py install instead.
Disclaimer: I'm just letting you know what worked for me, I just sort of messed with it until it worked.
It might be worth to add setup steps on the page linked below; there are usage examples, but the tools don't run out of the box, as they're missing dependencies (at least mine did).
